Orders and Deliveries

How do I receive my order?

As soon as we’ve completed your order, approximately 24-48 hrs, we’ll arrange for your polaroid prints & frames to be delivered, and at this point you will receive email notifications keeping you updated on the status of your delivery.

STANDARD COURIER (R50):

Cape Town area (within 45km of CBD): 2-4 working days

Regional areas (within 45km of a CBD): 3-4 working days

Outlying areas (outside of 45km from a CBD):  3-5 working days

EXPRESS COURIER (R85):

Cape Town area (within 45km of CBD): 1 working days

Regional areas (within 45km of a CBD): 2 working days

Outlying areas (outside of 45km from a CBD):  2 working days

Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately, we do not offer collection as a shipping option. We will send you your polaroid prints and frames super quickly though.

Payment Options

What are the payment options?

We offer EFT and also Credit & Cheque Card payments.

EFT:

If you opt for EFT payment, an invoice will be emailed to you. You will need to send us proof of payment so we can process your order.

CARD

We provide secure, authenticated and encrypted credit and cheque card payment processing. We are able to process payment from MasterCard and Visa card holders, within South Africa only. Please note that we do not accept Debit Cards, Diners Club Cards & American Express Cards.

We are based in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town.

What are your business hours?

Monday to Friday from 09:00 am – 17:00 pm

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase because we care. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we’ll either exchange or replace it, or credit your account. Contact us.

Please Note: Images will be printed as placed and cropped, by you, in the print-designer. What you see will be what you get and we cannot exchange or refund unfortunately.
